Rates.

Transparent, affordable rates

The fairest way to charge for my work is to charge for my time. That’s why I work to an hourly and daily rate. My current hourly rate is £45.00, and my daily rate (based on 8 hours) £300.00 (I can also invoice in the equivalent currency if preferred). All quotes I issue can be itemised showing what I’m going to deliver with estimated timescales. It’s crucial that I have as much information as possible about the project in advance in order to provide an accurate timescale and quote.

Your budget matters

I’ll always try to find a way to help you within your budget. Simply put this means providing solutions in the shortest possible time that maximises your returns without cutting corners.

Flexibility

I try to be as flexible as possible to best accommodate your project budget and timeline. For example, I often get asked to quote a fixed project price, which I’m happy to do, whereas some clients depending on the type of work I have been requested to produce may prefer me to bill them in stages of completion.

Breakdown

For all my projects I generally request that project payments are structured in the manner as shown below however with signage projects these may vary dependant on scale of project which will be fully discussed prior to agreement:

30% DEPOSIT

This is to secure your project in my calendar and to cover any initial overheads specific to the project. Once the project has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.

50% ON DELIVERY

Once I have delivered the work, whether that’s the final drafts of a logo or approval of visual layouts regarding a signage product to be manufactured. We can discuss this milestone before the project commences.

20% ON COMPLETION

Once your print work, branding or sign work is finalised and the final work delivered/installed.

Again, I’m happy to be quite flexible on these milestones. I understand that it’s not always straightforward, particularly for larger companies, to settle invoices so flexibly. However, work doesn’t start on a project until the initial deposit has been received.
